White Rock is made up of two large granite boulders surrounded by a number of smaller ones. The outer boulders go down to a maximum depth of around 25m, but most of the diving can be done around 15m. It is one of the most popular dive sites around Koh Tao, especially for night dives.
With it’s variety of marine life White Rock is an enjoyable dive site for both students and experienced divers and it is also popular for underwater photography and videography.
You can find moray eels, groupers, parrotfish, snappers, angelfish, stingrays, barracudas and keep an eye out for triggerfish! Although ver rare, a Whale Shark has also been seen cruising around the dive site.
